How our services are organized

Western Sky is a Fishers-based company that runs both trades. HVAC technicians take the heating, cooling, and air quality work, and plumbers take the water, drain, sewer, and gas piping work. When a problem touches both sides, the same company carries it end to end.

Seven overview pages explain each line of work: what we install, what we repair, and what a visit involves. Under those sit twenty-one individual service pages, one for every job we routinely take.

Each service link below opens the Fishers version of that page, since Fishers is home base. We publish the same services locally for all 37 communities we cover, so if you are elsewhere in the metro, follow the nearby-city links on any service page or start from the service area index.

Heating and cooling services

Four overviews anchor the HVAC side: heating, cooling, heat pumps, and indoor air quality. The individual services sit underneath them:

  • Furnace installation: replacement furnaces sized to the house instead of copied from the old nameplate.
  • Furnace repair: no-heat diagnosis covering igniters, flame sensors, control boards, and blowers.
  • Heat pump installation: all-electric and dual-fuel setups that carry both seasons.
  • Heat pump repair: weak output, iced outdoor coils, and systems stuck in one mode.
  • Heating and cooling: the combined page for whole-home comfort and system pairing questions.
  • AC installation: central air replacements and first-time additions.
  • AC repair: warm air, short cycling, refrigerant loss, and electrical faults in season.
  • Indoor air quality: duct cleaning, ventilation, humidity balance, and air purification.

Plumbing services

Three overviews anchor the plumbing side: plumbing, water heaters, and drains and sewer. The individual services:

Common questions

Does one technician handle both HVAC and plumbing?

No. HVAC technicians take the heating, cooling, and air quality calls, and plumbers take the water, drain, sewer, and gas piping calls. Both trades work from the same Fishers-based company, so a single call to (317) 436-3846 reaches whichever one your problem needs.

I know the symptom but not the service. Where do I start?

Start with the trade overview closest to the problem, or skip the reading and call. Describing what you see, hear, or smell is enough. Matching the symptom to the right service is on us, not you.

When should I schedule maintenance?

Mid spring and early fall. Central Indiana eases up between its heavy cooling and heating stretches, and those quieter weeks are the easiest to book. A maintenance plan membership takes care of the timing for you.

What about nights, weekends, and holidays?

The phone is answered every hour of every day, and genuine emergencies, like no heat in freezing weather or water you cannot stop, get an emergency dispatch anywhere in our metro coverage. The emergency page explains how that works.
