Western Sky Heating, Cooling and Plumbing provides residential heating, cooling, and plumbing services in the Indianapolis metro, including Fishers, Carmel, Noblesville, Indianapolis, and surrounding communities. The scope of any job is defined by the estimate or work order we provide and you approve.

Estimates and pricing

We give you a price before we start work, and you approve the work before we begin. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if the job conditions differ from what was described. We will discuss any change with you before doing additional work.

Scheduling and cancellations

We will confirm your appointment and do our best to arrive within your scheduled window. If we are running behind, we will call you. Please let us know as early as you can if you need to reschedule.

Warranties

Equipment we install carries the manufacturer warranty for that product, subject to the manufacturer terms and timely registration. Any workmanship warranty we offer will be described in your estimate or work order. We do not make warranty promises beyond what is stated in writing.

Payment and financing

Payment is due as described in your estimate or invoice. Financing may be available for qualified homeowners through a lending partner. Financing terms are set by the lender and your application, and are provided to you before you commit.
